What We Solve

The legacy kiosk was built for the vendor. The Payline COAM Kiosk was built for you.

The legacy kiosk model asks operators to write a $10,000–$20,000 check upfront, manage a multi-vendor technology stack, and accept that their floor data lives in a silo. Cash handling stays manual. Player identity stays anonymous. Revenue leakage stays invisible.

7 Products in 1

Seven products. One platform. One daily rate.

The Payline COAM Kiosk can bring selected card, wallet and AXES IMS functions into one managed COAM kiosk deployment. Products, controls, reporting, transaction timing and availability are determined by the approved program, partners, equipment, location configuration and applicable requirements.

Your brand on the card. Your rules on the payout.

Where the selected card program and deployment permit it, an operator-branded gift-card option may be offered through the Payline COAM Kiosk. Branding, load limits, redemption rules, physical or digital delivery, network use, reporting and fees are subject to issuer, program, partner, equipment and location approval.

Not a Bolt-On

Payline COAM Kiosk supports configured AXES IMS integration.
Approved deployments, not a universal promise.

Supported Payline COAM Kiosk workflows can connect with AXES IMS in approved configurations. Data flow, synchronization, reporting, access and role assignments depend on selected equipment, program terms, partner connectivity, location configuration and applicable requirements.

Configured Transaction Reporting

Supported redemption and card events can be reported to AXES IMS under the approved configuration. Reporting timing, completeness and reconciliation remain subject to the selected workflow, connectivity and program terms.

Configured Player Records

Participating card, TITO and loyalty activity may be associated with an AXES IMS player record where the relevant product, permissions and deployment allow it. Location coverage and data available vary by configuration.

Approved Payment and Redemption Connections

The Payline COAM Kiosk can use approved connections for selected cashless and redemption workflows. No payment rail, gateway, certification or deployment is implied unless it is included in the approved program and configuration.

Program-Specific Controls

KYC, AML and OFAC-related controls may apply when required by the selected card program or applicable rules. Their use, steps, timing and outcomes depend on the issuer, partners, configuration and jurisdiction; AXES technology does not make an automatic compliance determination.

Program Partner Roles

Selected program documentation identifies the applicable issuer or sponsor, Payline Network’s program role and AXES’s technology role. Confirm partner availability and responsibilities before enrollment; they are not assumed for every product or deployment.

Configured Operational Visibility

The AXES operator dashboard can show the supported kiosk and transaction data available to the configured deployment. Data fields, timing, location coverage and access permissions vary by program, integration and operator setup.
