These Terms apply to the public marketing website at axes.ai. Access to and use of the AXES Intelligent Management System (IMS) platform and related software products is governed by separate enterprise licence and service agreements entered into directly between AXES and its customers.

The Site is intended for use by business professionals and organisations operating in the gaming, hospitality, and related industries. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent.

You may browse content, submit enquiry forms, register for events, and download materials that are expressly made available for download.

When you submit a contact form, request a demonstration, register for an event, or otherwise send information to AXES through the Site, you grant AXES a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and process that information for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and conducting our business. You represent that any information you submit is accurate and that you have the authority to provide it.

AXES does not treat unsolicited submissions as confidential. If you wish to share confidential business information with AXES, please request a non-disclosure agreement before doing so.
