Earle G. Hall is a globally recognized entrepreneur, multiple award-winning technology innovator, and 2x TEDx speaker known for advancing real-time data infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and fintech across the global casino industry.

His international, multidisciplinary career spanning the military, video game development, technology education, and more than 20 years in the global casino industry has focused on building companies at the intersection of emerging technology and regulated markets.

He is the President and CEO of AXES.ai, pioneering the replacement of legacy SMIB Casino Management Systems with real-time, IoT and cloud-based Casino Information Systems powering modern casino operations. The AXES Intelligent Management System provides casino operators with actionable intelligence through business analytics, a 360-degree cashless platform, and real-time performance monitoring. Today the platform supports casino operations in more than 30 countries.

Earle is the Emeritus Chairman of the International Gaming Standards Association (IGSA) and currently serves as Chair of its Emerging Technologies Committee. In this role he leads the design and architecture of global standards for next-generation technologies in regulated gaming.

A graduate of the Royal Military College of Canada and a veteran Army officer, Earle holds a Master of Public Administration and is currently pursuing his doctorate at Quantum University. In recognition of his pioneering work in blockchain, artificial intelligence, anti-money laundering, and responsible gaming, he received the United States President's Lifetime Achievement Award in 2024.
