Route Management Solutions

Fight fraud and theft. Take control of your route.

Connect supported machines, review the information available from each location, choose appropriate cashless options, and keep collection records in one IMS environment.

Review, not a guarantee: AXES helps you identify and investigate discrepancies. Alerts are not proof of fraud, and no system guarantees that every loss will be prevented.

One connected IMS. The right modules for every location.

Start with the supported machines and interfaces already in each location. Then match EDGE data delivery, a cashless choice, and collection capability to the workflows that location supports.

Protect Your Cash

Turn supported machine events and meter differences into information your team can review. Identify a difference, compare the context, and decide where follow-up is needed.

  1. 01Identify a difference
  2. 02Review the context
  3. 03Decide where to investigate

Availability depends on supported machine signals and the deployment. Real-time machine-data visibility requires EDGE Enterprise.

01Spot discrepancies. Review the evidence.

Use available machine activity and accounting information to guide a review in operating context.

  1. 01Machine event or difference
  2. 02Expected-versus-recorded comparison
  3. 03Location follow-up

Review, not automatic wrongdoing: evidence guides an investigation; it does not label every exception as fraud.

02Know when a machine needs attention.

Review supported events in operating context against authorized activity, then decide whether an on-site check is needed.

An alert can reflect normal service activity as well as a possible problem; it is not proof of fraud.

03Reconcile Hard, Soft and AXES Meters.

Use Hard Meter, Soft Meter and AXES Meter information as inputs to one traceable reconciliation review.

Compare the sources with collection and operating records before resolving a mismatch.

Alert availability depends on supported machine signals and the deployment. EDGE Standard delivers machine data on a fixed schedule; EDGE Enterprise is required for continuous, real-time machine-data delivery and supported live workflows.

Manage Operations Remotely

See supported location states, plan reports around the period being reviewed, and diagnose supported issues before deciding on a service visit.

  3. 03Diagnose supported issues

See your locations. Find the offline machines.

Review supported location states, identify an offline machine, and prioritize follow-up for a possible connectivity or equipment issue.

The information reflects what the installed EDGE device and supported machine signals can deliver; an offline alert is a prompt for follow-up, not a diagnosis or a universal instant alert.

Get reports when your operation needs them.

Choose the reporting cadence that fits the team and period being reviewed.

On demand: Use the latest information already received by IMS.

Scheduled: Configure the regular cadence for operational or accounting work.

Reporting flexibility does not turn scheduled delivery into a live machine feed.

Diagnose supported issues. Manage cloud updates.

Use a bounded remote workflow to understand what is supported before deciding on a service visit.

  • Assess a supported issue remotely before deciding on a service visit.
  • Manage supported software and firmware updates through the cloud.
  • Send a technician for physical changes or hands-on faults; a hardware upgrade is not an over-the-air software change.

Upgrade Your Performance

Choose a cashless path by location. Where supported, use KOLLECT for the distinct collection workflow in the same IMS environment; this is not a required upgrade ladder.

Cashless choiceChoose MGE, TITO or Smart Card for the supported hardware, workflow and market at each location.

Collection workflowUse KOLLECT for the supported drop workflow where applicable.

KashME cashless choices

A practical cashless path for each location.

Original AXES KashME cashier-monitor artwork. Product capabilities and the supported configuration should be confirmed for your deployment.

Choose by location: select MGE, TITO or Smart Card for the supported hardware, permitted market and workflow. These are not a compulsory three-step sequence.

MGE can progress to TITO OR Smart Card where supported. MGE and TITO can also coexist across locations in one IMS environment; neither arrangement makes a route-wide migration mandatory.

MGE location choice

KashME MGE

For locations unable to support ticket-printer and bill-acceptor infrastructure, MGE provides a printerless option.

  1. 01Authorized cashier reviews supported machine status
  2. 02Moves or clears credits without a printed instrument

Confirm machine compatibility, the cashier workflow and the permitted operating model. Supported SAS and pulse-meter machine interfaces can remain in service where configured; MGE is a location-level choice, not a mandatory prerequisite for every cashless deployment.

TITO location choice

TITO

At equipped locations, bill acceptors and ticket printers convert cash into tickets and record ticket activity in IMS.

Supported devices can retain transactions locally when connectivity is interrupted.

TITO paper-out alerts can identify a printer that needs paper replenishment and support location follow-up.

Ticket hardware and an authorized configuration are required. Real-time machine-data analysis still requires EDGE Enterprise; confirm the supported transaction and reconnection workflow with AXES.

Smart Card location choice

Smart Card

Smart Card is an alternative cashless path using a card and in-machine reader rather than a ticket-printer workflow, backed by IMS in the cloud.

Confirm required card readers, supported machines, authorized deployment and market permission for this location. Smart Card does not have to follow TITO, and it is not assumed to be permitted in every market.

Authorized kiosk compatibility.

Use supported KIK-certified kiosk hardware where the deployment permits it. Depending on the approved configuration, kiosk service can support cashless balance actions and TITO ticket redemption or generation, with kiosk activity connected to IMS alongside machine activity.

Authorized COAM deployments only

For applicable authorized COAM operations, discuss Payline COAM Kiosk for the supported COAM ticket-redemption workflow. It remains a COAM kiosk offering, with deployment requirements to confirm for your locations.

Available functions depend on hardware certification, integration, deployment and jurisdictional authorization. Kiosk and cashless methods are not universally interchangeable or approved.

KOLLECT · Collection at the location

Finish the drop. Understand the whole collection.

Give an authorized collection agent one supported workflow for the machine readings, cash and accounting decisions that belong together. KOLLECT brings collection information back into IMS instead of leaving the route to reconcile disconnected notes later.

  1. 01Read meters
  2. 02Record cash, TITO and float
  3. 03Handle configured loans, balances and revenue share
  4. 04Close the period record

Read and reconcile the meters.

For this drop, use soft and hard meter reads and compare them with the machine and collection record before closing the drop. This collection step is distinct from the earlier AXES Meter reconciliation review.

Record cash, TITO and float payments.

Record cash and TITO reconciliation, include the float payments and adjustments relevant to the location, and retain the details for a consistent period review.

Keep loans, balances and revenue share here.

Within KOLLECT's collection workflow for that drop, handle outstanding loans and balances and apply configured revenue-share rules. Settlement decisions remain alongside the drop record so agents and accounting can review the same period information.

Close with a timestamped period record.

When the drop is complete, create the timestamped collection record and make the period report available with the recorded collection, balances and period totals. Close the drop with the preceding collection actions together.

Live machine-data collection workflow requires IMS with EDGE Enterprise at supported locations.

Plan the rollout around the route you already run.

A short route-planning guide—not a required pre-demo questionnaire.

01

Start with the location and machines.

Review existing machine interfaces, connection reliability, cashless hardware and the collection process. Identify what is supported today and what requires a physical change at the location.

02

Choose the right EDGE configuration.

Match scheduled delivery or Enterprise real-time delivery to the workflows you need. KOLLECT's supported live workflow requires Enterprise; upgrades must account for installed hardware and connectivity.

03

Select the permitted modules.

Choose MGE, TITO or Smart Card by location, add authorized kiosk service where applicable, and configure collection roles and reporting. Connected IMS modules do not mean one mandatory package for every site.

AXES IMS is cloud-managed without an on-site server requirement. Supported machines, EDGE connectivity and any required readers, printers or kiosks remain part of the deployment. Confirm market authorization and the actual configuration before rollout.
