How It Works
From cashier station to cloud — in four steps
Cash In at the Cashier Station
Cash-in is initiated at the KashME cashier station, where the cashier sees the live state of every gaming machine on screen. No bill acceptor or ticket printer required.
Credit Push to the Machine
Credits are pushed directly to the player's selected machine through the AXES BlackBox IoT device — no ticket, no printer, no bill acceptor required.
Local Integrity Device (LID)
A LID is installed to improve redundancy. Data is sent simultaneously to the LID and the AXES Cloud. If offline, each device stores more than 10,000 transactions locally — synced automatically when connectivity is restored.
Three-Way Clear Credits
The KashME Three-Way Clear Credits workflow allows credits to be removed remotely by the cashier, handed up at the cashier station, or cancelled directly — no printed instrument needed on the floor.

The MGE Edition is fully compatible and interoperable with the AXES TITO Edition. Operators can deploy MGE in printerless locations, TITO in locations equipped with bill acceptors and ticket printers, and operate both simultaneously within the same IMS environment.
A single operator can manage a mixed fleet — some sites running MGE without any printer or validator hardware, other sites running TITO with full bill acceptor and ticket printer infrastructure — all unified under one cloud platform, one cashier interface, and one reporting layer.
