This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website, interact with our marketing materials, or view our Out-of-Home (OOH) or Connected TV (CTV) media networks. Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with its terms, please discontinue use of our website and Services.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly: When you complete a contact form, request a product demonstration, register for an AXES event, apply to become a reseller or technology partner, or otherwise communicate with us, you may provide us with your name, business email address, job title, company name, telephone number, and the content of your message.

Information Collected Automatically (Websites & Platforms): When you visit axes.ai or log into our platforms, our servers and third-party analytics providers automatically collect technical data, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected via cookies and web beacons.

Media Network & OOH Data Architecture: When ads are served across our Out-of-Home (OOH) or Connected TV (CTV) displays, our system transmits technical network telemetry to downstream programmatic partners. This data includes AXES-owned media hardware device IDs (identifying our physical display player, not the viewer’s personal device), general location metrics associated with the physical placement of the display (e.g., venue location, city, or zip code), and media/video content play logs.

Information From Third Parties: We may receive corporate or business data from partners, data enrichment providers, or publicly available sources to supplement our business-to-business (B2B) marketing data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following operational purposes:

• Responding to corporate inquiries and software demonstration requests.
• Sending AXES communications (where you have opted in).
• Processing AXES event registrations and evaluating partner applications.
• Improving website functionality, UX optimization, and system security.
• Delivering, managing, reporting, and optimizing programmatic media content on our networks.
• Detecting, preventing, and auditing fraud or security incidents across our ad infrastructure.

Note on Automated Decisions: AXES does not use consumer personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

3. Tracking Technologies & Media Ad Operations

We use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, and software development kits (SDKs) to operate our platform, remember user preferences, and compile analytics.

Non-Cookie Media Environments: In our OOH and CTV media environments, technical identifiers tied to our own playback hardware are utilized to validate ad delivery to programmatic partners. Standard web browser cookie blocking or clearing settings have no technical effect on these hardware-level delivery metrics.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

Service Providers: We engage trusted third-party vendors to assist us in operating our business (e.g., cloud hosting, CRM systems, email delivery platforms). These vendors process data only on our explicit instructions and under strict data security obligations.

Business Partners: If you express interest in a specific AXES partner product or integration (such as an app built by a third-party developer in our App Store), we may share your business contact details with that partner to facilitate follow-up.

Programmatic, Ad Tech, and Media Partners: We partner with downstream programmatic ad networks, demand-side platforms (DSPs), and supply-side platforms (SSPs) to monetize and serve advertising properties. We pass network-level telemetry, contextual data, and our own hardware device IDs to these partners to allow them to optimize ad placement, measure performance, and audit ad fraud.

Identity Resolution and Matching (LiveRamp Disclosure): We partner with third-party data onboarding and identity resolution services, specifically LiveRamp, Inc. When you interact with our websites or provide us with your business information (such as an email address), we may share this personal data in a pseudonymized, secure format. LiveRamp processes this information to create an encrypted, non-personally identifiable link to a universal identifier (such as a RampID). This identifier is shared with our downstream ad-tech partners to facilitate privacy-safe, cross-context marketing, audience measurement, and campaign validation. These partners are permitted to utilize aggregate, anonymized data for their independent monetization metrics.

Legal and Regulatory Authorities: We may disclose information where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of AXES, our customers, or the public.

Corporate Transactions: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity under the same privacy protections.

5. International Data Transfers

AXES operates globally, with core technical operations centralized in North America. Your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States and Canada, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where we transfer personal data from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland to countries not recognized as providing an adequate level of protection, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the operational purposes for which it was collected, including satisfying legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.

• Enquiry and B2B form submission data is generally retained for up to three years.
• Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe.
• Event registration data is retained for up to two years following the event date.

Where we no longer have a legitimate operational purpose for retaining your data, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

Because AXES only transmits telemetry linked to our own physical OOH hardware and properties—and does not pass consumers’ personal tracking profiles, mobile device IDs, or consumer identities to ad tech networks—AXES does not sell or share, and has not sold or shared in the preceding 12 months, consumer personal information.
